ONLINE SALES
CHANGE OF MIND
Products purchased online are able to be returned within 21 days for a full refund of the cost price (minus the shipping costs). 

The items must be in as new, unopened, condition and the return postage is to be paid for by the customer. No responsibility will be taken for any damage to items incurred during transit - and all care is taken when packaging products for postage. 

If the product is returned to us in an unsellable condition then the item will return to you (at your cost), or where possible, a part credit will be negotiated. 

Before returning the items a RETURN AUTHORISATION must be obtained by emailing onlinesales@ppponline.com.au with the reason for return and proof of purchase. 

FAULTY GOODS
For any faulty goods, please contact onlinesales@ppponline.com.au explaining the issue, with evidence or photographs where possible, and proof of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE that any ORIGINAL BRANDED ink cartridges (Canon, Brother etc etc) must be returned to our supplier for testing before a refund can be issued. This is standard procedure. This can take a few weeks.

NO REFUNDS are offered for sales inshore where there is a change of mind. 

EXCHANGE may be permitted if the product is returned in as new condition, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of purchase.

For any faulty goods, please come into the store to explain the issue, with evidence and the product to demonstrate, and proof of purchase.
